We help governments and associations of governmental entities (e.g. cities, counties) establish their own financing programs, primarily through the use of tax-exempt or taxable bonds, notes, commercial paper, or other forms of debt.

Lawrenson Services Inc. ("LSI"), provides a wide range of technical public financial services, including pooled finance structuring, investment procurement, loan/lease origination and servicing, cash flow analyses, arbitrage compliance and computer consultation.

We custom tailor our services to the specific requirements of our individual clients. Our services range from support and consultation to complete end-to-end turnkey performance of the above activities for our clients. We will also provide in-depth training for our clients who desire to internally perform these functions and/or provide their own self maintenance.
