q $150,000,000 (Authorized) County of Christian, Kentucky, Kentucky, Kentucky Association of Counties (“KACo”) Leasing Trust, Lease Program Revenue Notes – Variable Rate 2007 Series A.  LSI structuried and served as Financial Advisor for this KACo debt issuance, aimed at tailoring the amount of debt issued as leases to counties are made.  We also provide lease origination and servicing for the pool.  Closed: April, 2007.

 

q $50,000,000 Missouri Development Finance Board, Commercial Paper Lease Revenue Notes Missouri Association of Municipal Utilities (“MAMU”) Lease Financing Program, Series 2006A.  LSI structured and served as Financial Advisor for this second of two innovative tax-exempt commercial paper issues for MAMU to facilitate issuance of the amount of debt needed as leases to municipalities are made.  We also provide lease origination and servicing to MAMU.  Closed: December, 2006.

 

q $50,000,000 Alabama Municipal Finance Corporation (Alabama League of Municipalities “ALM”) Variable Rate Municipal Funding Notes– Master Series 2006-A. LSI structured and is serving as Financial Advisor and Loan Servicer for this first-ever pooled financing program for ALM member cities.  Closed January, 2006.

 

q $50,000,000 Midwest Consortium of Municipal Utilities (Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association “MMUA”) Lease Program Revenue Bonds – Series 2005B. LSI structured and is serving as Financial Advisor and Program Administrator for the first draw-down pooled financing program for MMUA.  Closed October, 2005.
